3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
- All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
- Payment is required in full at the time of purchase
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
4. RETURNS AND REFUNDSÂ Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on jewellery items. All sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged during shipping, please email us immediately with a clear photograph of the damaged item and we will arrange a replacement. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will issue a store credit note for the full amount. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for shipping damage claims.
